Anastasia Dimitropoulou

Anastasia Dimitropoulou spent most of her career at Procter & Gamble (P&G) in Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs and Scientific Communication positions, working for different business units across multiple locations. She represented the company in Industry Associations and collaborated with scientific and medical institutes. Her passion for health and helping people pushed her to leverage her professional skills and make a switch into the healthcare industry.

With a B.A. in Biochemistry from Mount College, and a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from the Miller School of Medicine in Miami, Anastasia completed a post-doctoral fellowship in Developmental Neurobiology at Harvard Medical School.

Currently, she is volunteering at an end-of-life hospice in Geneva with people on palliative care due to her passion to improve people’s quality of life, no matter what stage of life they are in. She decided to support the Women’s Brain Project due to her passion for Neuroscience as well as her interest in educating the community about sex and gender differences in mental health, and advocating for a precision approach to brain disease research, prevention, and treatment.
