Avrath is a seasoned automotive and mobility industry professional with over 20 years of experience. Throughout his career, he has held senior management positions across various functions including P&L roles, research & development, product management, sales as well as operations. As the Senior Vice President at TVS Motor, one of the worldwide largest two-wheeler manufacturers, he is responsible for the European business operations. In addition, he is the CEO of EGO Movement, a Swiss based scale-up focusing on personalized micromobility solutions.
Avrath possesses a strong academic background, holding a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from RWTH Aachen University in Germany and an MBA in Finance. Further solidifying his expertise, he has also earned a PhD from ETH Zurich, Switzerland. His multilingual fluency in German, Italian, English and Hindi allows him to navigate in international environments and diverse business cultures.
