It's Not All in the Mind - but Is It About the Sex and Gender, too?

Recently, during an interview with CFI.co – Capital Finance International, our pro-bono CEO,                Dr Antonella Santuccione Chadha highlighted the progress of the Women’s Brain Project and its transformation into the Women’s Brain Foundation.

The Women’s Brain Foundation is committed to advancing research on how sex and gender impact women’s health. The foundation has introduced new programs and initiatives, including the global Women’s Quota Campaign, to tackle neurological and mental diseases that disproportionately affect women, such as Alzheimer’s, MS, depression, anxiety, and migraines. By emphasizing the importance of sex- and gender-based personalized therapies, the foundation is also working towards establishing a dedicated research institute. Additionally, the foundation’s efforts focus on raising public awareness and contributing to peer-reviewed journals on brain health and gender differences.
