In alignment with our mission to advance equitable brain health, the Women’s Brain Foundation contributed to the OneNeurology initiative and the NCD Alliance’s response to the UN Zero Draft Political Declaration ahead of the 4th High-Level Meeting on Non-Communicable Diseases. The recommendations we supported call for restoring neurology as the fifth major NCD and prioritizing conditions such as dementia and epilepsy. The draft also emphasizes the importance of disaggregated data and sex- and gender-responsive approaches—core pillars of WBF’s research, advocacy, and policy engagement.
